– **15-30 days before tour date**: 50% refund, less any processing fees.
– **Less than 15 days before tour date**: No refund available.
– Changes to your booking, such as tour date or participant details, can be made up to 30 days before the tour date, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
– In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or not meeting the minimum required participants, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour date.
– Failure to arrive at the meeting point for your tour will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
– In cases of extreme weather or other unforeseen events that may impact the safety or feasibility of the tour, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling options or partial refunds, as appropriate.
– Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days (usually 7-14 business days), depending on the original payment method.
